All plants are dispatched by first class post on either a Monday,
Tuesday or Wednesday.
Inclusion in the website, or in our catalogue does not guarantee availability.
If a plant you have ordered is not available, we
will supply an alternative from the same group and, where possible, the
nearest colour. If you do not want us to substitute any plants please
indicate this on your order
Plants are not dispatched during Christmas, Easter or bank holidays, under
threat of imminent industrial
action by the post office or extreme hot or cold weather
Orders are not despatched until payment is received and cleared.
Cheques should be made payable to
Crescent Plants. Paypal payments should be sent to
crescent@btinternet.com
All
deliveries should be checked upon receipt and any discrepancies or damage
notified within 3 days. Crescent plants cannot take responsibility for
plants after this period.
If you have email, you will be notified when your plants
have been despatched. Occasionally parcels get lost in the post so
please contact me if they have not arrived within 7 days.
All of our plants are supplied ex 7cm pots, upon dispatch the excess soil
is removed ant the roots packed in damp tissue and polythene. This method
works well and enables us to keep our service post free to the UK

love to meet my customers but PLEASE call first. I work alone
and still have school runs, supermarket sweeps and various other bits
to do so I can't always be at home. Children very welcome, dogs
okay as long as they don’t eat my chickens
and ducks.
